Moreirense Futebol Clube is in the process of selling the majority stake of its SAD to the Black Knight Football Group. The proposal, led by the management of Vítor Magalhães, will be discussed at an extraordinary general assembly scheduled for May 31 at the Auditorium of the Pastoral Center of Moreira de Cónegos. Club members will have the opportunity to vote on the sale of shares ranging from 62.50% to 70% of the capital of Moreirense Futebol Clube – Futebol SAD. The BKFC fund, which owns Bournemouth in England, may also carry out capital increases without the participation of Moreirense Futebol Clube if the proposal is approved. Additionally, members will discuss a 30-year lease agreement for the club's properties, including the playing field. The assembly is expected to be well-attended, with a high turnout from members, especially due to the financial and administrative implications that the sale may bring to the club.
