The club has been chaired by Vítor Magalhães since 2008. The SAD of Moreirense Futebol Clube was established in 2013 to oversee professional football and part of the youth football. And the American fund Black Knight Football Club owns 70% of the club. But the electoral general assembly is an important moment for the club, as it defines the direction for the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 biennium.
